Shipping & Handling:
Shipping is free with your minimum $50 order. Smaller orders ship for just $10.00. Flat rate of $12 for Alaska and Hawaii.
Normally, all orders will ship within 2 - 3 business days. Please allow up to 3 - 5 business days for larger orders to be processed and shipped.
Akgoodlight.com's order notification can be found within your customer account. These statuses may change from, Awaiting Authorization, Processing Order, Shipped and Completed.
A Tracking Number Will Be Given To Assure Fresh Delivery Guaranteed.
Once your order status has changed to shipped, please track your order to be available at the delivery address to receive your order.

For any reason, if a mistake was made on a order's billing or delivery address please an order cancellation will issued.
A cancelled order notification means that your bank / credit card will not be charged for the items ordered.
No Returns on perishable food items.

An Undelivered Package:
Any undelivered packages will automatically be sent back to the sender, normally to akgoodlight.com's facility. Our sales representatives will make every effort to contact you in the event this were to occur. If we cannot contact you for any reason, the order will be cancelled and promptly refunded. This includes missing or partially shipped packages.
Broken Bulbs, Dimensional Items and Custom Pallets
If you suspect for any reason your large ticket item(s) arrive damaged, please follow the shipping instructions for returns.
